Yoga for Menopause

An Empowering Workshop for Women

The most important thing a woman can do for herself is to head into her menopausal years as healthy as possible in body, mind, and spirit.

This workshop will give you the tools you need to restore a sense of balance during this transitional time. Learn how practicing yoga can help strengthen your bones, reduce bone loss, balance hormonal changes, and fight fatigue, hot flashes, insomnia, heavy or irregular periods, erratic mood swings, and depression.

If you are in your 30’s or beyond, this workshop is for you.

Held at various studios throughout Southern California. Contact Tammy to find out where and when.
