Yoga Etiquette
A few helpful tips and yoga etiquette:
- It is best to practice on an empty stomach, eat a light meal 2 hours prior to practice.
- Yoga is practiced with bare feet.
- Please take off shoes before entering studio.
- Bring water and a towel; we tend to sweat from time to time.
- Mats and props are provided.
- Please do not wear perfume or cologne.
- Inform the teacher of any health issues, no matter how minor you think they are.
- Notify teacher within 24 hours, or sooner if you are unable to attend your scheduled class.
