Yoga Etiquette

A few helpful tips and yoga etiquette:

  • It is best to practice on an empty stomach, eat a light meal 2 hours prior to practice.
  • Yoga is practiced with bare feet.
  • Please take off shoes before entering studio.
  • Bring water and a towel; we tend to sweat from time to time.
  • Mats and props are provided.
  • Please do not wear perfume or cologne.
  • Inform the teacher of any health issues, no matter how minor you think they are.
  • Notify teacher within 24 hours, or sooner if you are unable to attend your scheduled class.
